Diagnosis And Treatment Of Less Common Problems

There are a number of less common causes for hip and knee pain that can be missed or remained undiagnosed. Patients suffering with these conditions can have pain that they are wrongly told is due to “early arthritis” rather than receiving a true and accurate diagnosis. This means that the correct treatment is not provided.. To make these diagnoses the assessing doctor must first and foremost think about their possibility. Then specialist scans need to be arranged to confirm the suspected diagnosis. An effective treatment plan can then be put into place to help resolve the pain and other symptoms.

We carefully assess all our clients and consider all possible diagnoses. Not just the usual suspects. We also often see clients for second opinions.

We take the time to diagnose rare problems because without the right diagnosis it is impossible to advise clients about what to expect and impossible to provide the right treatment.
